Preparing for Your Appointment

To get the best possible results:

  • Drink at least 100 ounces of water within the 24 hours before your appointment — hydration supports comfort and reduces potential sensitivity.

  • Avoid brushing or flossing within 6 hours before your appointment (mouthwash is fine).

  • Eat beforehand — you’ll need to wait 2 hours after whitening to eat again.

Aftercare Instructions

To protect your new bright smile:

  • Avoid eating or drinking anything except water for 2 hours after whitening.

  • For the next 24 hours, stay away from dark foods and drinks such as coffee, tea, red wine, berries, and sauces.

    The pores of your teeth remain open for 24 hours after whitening, so dark pigments can absorb into the enamel.

  • Drink plenty of water and use your at-home vitamin booster treatment as directed to maintain strength and brightness.

How Often to Book

For long-lasting brightness, we recommend scheduling your In-Studio Whitening Treatment every four months.
