The answer depends on you — but with proper care, tooth gems can last anywhere from 2 months to up to 36 months.

Each gem is applied using professional-grade, enamel-safe adhesive for a secure, lasting bond. Longevity depends on your lifestyle, oral care habits, and how well you follow our aftercare instructions.

To help your gem last as long as possible:

• Avoid eating or drinking for at least 2 hours after your appointment.

• Do not brush, floss, or touch the gemmed tooth for 48 hours.

• Avoid hard foods, candy, alcohol, and acidic drinks for 24 hours.
